Common use of Occupational Health and Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Hospital will recognize two (2) bargaining unit employee(s) of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee. When a regular member of the Committee is not available, she/he may be replaced by an alternate, appointed by the Union.

Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Hospital will recognize two one (21) bargaining unit employee(s) member of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee. When a regular member of the Committee is not available, she/she or he may be replaced by an alternate, alternate appointed by the Union.

Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Hospital will recognize two (2) bargaining unit employee(s) employees of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee. When a regular member of the Committee is not available, she/he may be replaced by an alternate, appointed by the Union.

When a the regular member of the Committee is not available, she/he may be replaced by an alternate, appointed by the Union.

When a regular member of Committee(s) with the Committee is understanding that the bargaining unit employee(s) may not available, she/he may be replaced by an alternate, appointed by from the Unionsame unit or department.
