Occupational Health and Safety Committee. An Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall be established consisting of one (1) representative of the Employer and one (1) representative of the Union. The Committee shall discuss matters related to occupational health and safety and shall make recommendations to the Chief Constable. It is agreed that this Committee may be combined with the Safety Committee for the Police Services Union.
