Occupied Structure. All overtime performed on remodeling of occupied structures shall be at one and one-half (1 1/2) times the straight time rate, except holidays, as shown in Article Six, Section 3, shall be double time. A Saturday make-up day at the regular rate of pay may be worked to make-up time lost during the normal workweek when time is lost for reasons beyond contractor’s control. There will be no make-up days for Holidays.
