OCENS Service. Customer has contracted with OCENS to have OCENS provide the service under the terms detailed in this agreement. Customer will pay a $50 one-time charge per account activation ($75 for Northern Lights activation). Iridium service is provided by Iridium Satellite, LLC. Customer agrees to pay any applicable activation, monthly service, service usage fees, and any applicable taxes thereon. OCENS reserves to change rates at any time;

OCENS Service. Customer has contracted to have OCENS provide the service under the terms detailed in this agreement. Inmarsat service is provided via the Inmarsat satellite network. Customer agrees to pay any applicable activation, monthly service, service usage fees, and any applicable taxes thereon. Subscriber understands that any changes made to their account including but not limited to the addition of new lines or changing of service plan or service type may result in the change in monthly subscription fees and usage fees and may extend the contract period. Subscriber understands that OCENS at its discretion may adjust or change monthly subscription fees and usage fees. SUBSCRIBER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND AIRTIME CHARGES PRIOR TO NOTIFICATION OF OCENS OF DEACTIVATION OR DOWNGRADE.

Related to OCENS Service

  • DNS Service TLD Zone Contents Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, as indicated in section 2.2.3.3 of the gTLD Applicant Guidebook, permissible contents for the TLD’s zone are:

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • Continuous Service The Parties shall continue providing services to each other during the pendency of any dispute resolution procedure, and the Parties shall continue to perform their obligations (including making payments in accordance with Article IV, Section 4) in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Dialysis Services This plan covers dialysis services and supplies provided when you are inpatient, outpatient or in your home and under the supervision of a dialysis program. Dialysis supplies provided in your home are covered as durable medical equipment.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Food Service If the Charter School offers food services on its own or through a third-party contract, the Charter School may apply directly to, and if approved, operate school nutrition programs with reimbursement from the United States Department of Agriculture, under supervision of the Tennessee Department of Education.
