OECTA President Release. A) The President of the OECTA-Waterloo Unit shall be released up to full-time from assigned duties in order to perform the functions of the position of President. B) The Chief Executive Officer of the alternate Bargaining Unit of that from which the President is elected, will be released .5 FTE from assigned duties in order to perform the functions of the elected office. C) Where the President of the Unit is elected from the Elementary Teacher Bargaining Unit, the Chief Executive Officer of the Elementary Teacher Bargaining Unit of OECTA - Waterloo Unit, shall be released up to a maximum of twenty (20) days from assigned duties in order to perform the functions of that position. D) Requests for release time for additional members of OECTA-Waterloo Unit shall be submitted in writing to the Director of Education or designate for approval. E) 1) The request(s) for regular release time for the President or CEO of OECTA-Waterloo Unit must be submitted to the Board for approval by June 15th of each school year.

  • President and Chief Executive Officer The president shall be the chief executive officer of the Trust, unless the Board of Trustees designates the chairman as chief executive officer. The chief executive officer shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Trustees are carried into effect.   • Leave, President, O.N.A Upon application in writing by the Association on behalf of the nurse to the Hospital, a leave of absence shall be granted to such nurse elected to the office of President of the Ontario Nurses' Association for a period of up to three (3) consecutive two (2) year terms. Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of service or seniority for a nurse during such leave of absence. During such leave of absence, the nurse's salary and applicable benefits shall be maintained by the Hospital and the Association agrees to reimburse the Hospital in the amount of the full cost of such salary and applicable benefits. It is understood, however, that during such leave the nurse shall be deemed to be an employee of the Ontario Nurses' Association. The nurse agrees to notify the Hospital of her or his intention to return to work at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of such return.

  • CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CERTIFICATION The undersigned Chief Executive Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Recipient, as both are designated in Appendix B of the Agreement, hereby request the Director to disburse financial assistance moneys made available to Project in Appendix C of the Agreement (inclusive of any amendment thereto) to the payee as identified below in the amount so indicated which amount equals the product of the Disbursement Ratio and the dollar value of the attached cost documentation which was properly billed to the Recipient in exclusive connection with the performance of the Project.
