OFF SEASON STORAGE. The Tenant shall remove the following from the Site by October 31: all goods except the Tenant's recreational vehicle and Tenant Improvements as defined in paragraph 14 above on page 3 hereof, or such other Tenant Improvements as the Landlord notifies the Tenant in writing. The Landlord will assign one 12' x 25' storage stall to the Tenant without charge for storage of the Tenant's goods, other than the Tenant's recreational vehicle and Tenant Improvements, during the off season. Additional storage stalls are available as required provided the Tenant registers at the Landlord's office and pays the Landlord's storage fee of $20.00 per month, plus GST.
OFF SEASON STORAGE. The DNR may utilize the Concession Premises for storage purposes during those periods of the year the Concession Premises are not being operated.
OFF SEASON STORAGE. If Lessee desires to store his/her camping equipment on the leased premises after October 15th, Lessee shall sign an Agreement, supplied by the Lessor, to that effect. That Agreement shall state, among other things, that Xxxxxx’s property or the property of another by permission of the Lessee will be stored on the premises at the LESSEE’S RISK. For the purposes of this Agreement, the presence of property belonging to other than the Lessee that is on the leased site shall constitute the presumption of the Lessee’s permission.
OFF SEASON STORAGE. Off-season land storage is included in our annual contracts.
