Office and Secretarial Support. From the Effective Time until the earlier to occur of (a) the two-year anniversary of the Effective Time and (b) the termination of the Employment Period, the Company shall provide Employee with an off-site office and secretarial support at such off-site location.

For a period of two years following the Effective Date, or until such earlier time as the Executive commences subsequent full-time employment (other than self-employment), the Company shall provide the Executive with reasonably suitable office space and secretarial support in reasonable proximity to his current residence.

To the extent that the computer equipment and email account provided to Executive are outside and not connected to or accessing the Company’s systems, then the Company shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Executive is immediately forwarded all email communications relating to services to be performed by the Executive under Section 15 regarding the 60 W. Erie litigation matters and, for a period of 30 days following the Termination Date, all non-Company related email directed to the Executive. In addition, the Company shall copy and or migrate all of the electronic contact information in Executive’s computer system to the system he will be provided immediately following the Termination Date.
Office and Secretarial Support a. The Company will continue to lease and provide to Xxxx an office through February 28, 1998; provided, however, that if Xxxx secures alternative employment or fails to use the office on a regular basis, Xxxx agrees to vacate said office promptly and the Company shall have the right to terminate such lease or sublet such space. The Company shall be responsible only for the lease payments and shall not be responsible for utility payments or any other payments in connection with such office. Upon the earlier of vacating the office or February 28, 1998, Xxxx shall promptly allow the Company to take possession of the office furniture, file cabinets, etc. owned by the Company located at such premises.
