OFFICIAL RETURNS, HOUSING INSPECTIONS ETC. 10.1 The Organisation shall keep and maintain all necessary information and shall provide all necessary assistance to enable the Council to complete all necessary returns of housing statistics and other information relating to the Services and to comply with all relevant inspection regimes including but without limitation:
10.1.1 returns to the Department for Communities and Local Government and other Government Departments;
10.1.2 Housing Revenue Subsidy claim forms;
10.1.3 Housing Investment Programme submissions;
10.1.4 submissions or responses in respect of best value inspections (whether carried out by the Housing Inspectorate or otherwise);

10.1.1 returns to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and other Government Departments;
10.1.2 information required under the Report to Tenants Determination 1994 (as revised from time to time);
10.1.3 Housing Revenue Subsidy claim forms;
10.1.4 Housing Investment Programme submissions;
10.1.5 submissions or responses in respect of best value inspections (whether carried out by the Housing Inspectorate or otherwise);
10.1.6 returns in respect of value added tax.
10.2 The Organisation shall supply the Council with such assistance and information as the Council may reasonably require to enable it to allocate such expenditure as the Council may incur under this Agreement between its general fund and housing revenue accounts.
10.3 The Organisation will provide such information as the Council from time to time shall reasonably require to permit the Council to complete management reports (whether of a regular or cyclical nature) on the provision of the Services.

10.1.2 information required by the relevant Social Housing Regulator;
10.1.3 submissions or responses in respect of inspections.
10.2 SHP shall supply the Council with such assistance and information as the Council may reasonably require to enable it to allocate such expenditure as the Council may incur under this Agreement between its general fund and housing revenue accounts. In particular SHP shall provide copies of all financial reports to SHPs Board and to the Council’s Section 151 Officer.
10.3 SHP shall provide such information as the Council from time to time shall reasonably require to permit the Council to complete management reports (whether of a regular or cyclical nature) on the provision of the Services.

(a) provide all necessary assistance to enable the Council to complete or (b) shall itself (if the Council so requests) complete all necessary returns of housing statistics and other information relating to the Services and to comply with all relevant inspection regimes including but without limitation:-
10.1.1 returns to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister;
10.1.2 information required under the Report to Tenants Determination (as revised from time to time);
10.1.3 Housing Revenue Subsidy claim forms;
10.1.4 Housing Investment Programme submissions;
10.1.5 submissions or responses in respect of best value inspections (whether carried out by the Housing Inspectorate or otherwise).

10.1.1 returns to Government or other appropriate regulatory organisations including Companies House;
10.1.2 Housing Revenue Subsidy claim forms;
10.1.3 Housing Investment Programme submissions;
10.1.4 returns to the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy;
10.1.5 information required by the Audit Commission (including, without limitation information to be provided in connection with Clause 34 [Audits];
10.1.6 information required for the purposes of compliance with Best Value Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Value Performance Plans, audits and inspections and any other such performance-related information which may be required by the Council from time to time;
10.1.7 information to be provided in connection with any investigation by the District Auditor, Ombudsman or similar persons or bodies as described in Clause 33.1 [Provision of Information]; and
10.1.8 information to be provided to the Housing Corporation.
10.2 The Organisation shall supply the Council with such assistance and information as the Council may reasonably require to enable it to allocate such expenditure as the Council may incur under this Agreement between its general fund and Housing Revenue Accounts.

10.2 The Organisation shall supply the Council's Representative with such assistance and information as the Council may reasonably require to enable it to allocate such expenditure as it may incur under this Agreement between its general fund and housing revenue accounts.
10.3 The Organisation will provide the Council's Representative with such information as the Council from time to time shall reasonably require to permit the Council to complete management reports (whether of a regular or cyclical nature) on the provision of the Services. 11 Advice and support in developing corporate strategies and reviews in the Council The Organisation will be a strategic partner of the Council and a significant user of services provided by the Council. The views of the Organisation as a stakeholder, a service user and service provider will be essential in the development of the Council's corporate strategies and reviews of services. Acting through the Council's Representative the Council shall consult the Organisation on developing corporate strategies relevant to the Organisation and the Organisation will respond promptly to consultation requests on such corporate issues and will provide information as required.
