OHS Act Clause Samples
OHS Act. The supplier shall have an up to date copy of the OHS Act and Regulations which will be available to all employees.
OHS Act. The Contractor must conduct the Harvesting Operations in such a manner that it meets all requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000, Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2001 as well as industrial safety requirements stipulated by WorkCover NSW.
OHS Act i. The Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic) as varied from time to time, or any successor to that Act.
