ON BOARD CAMERA. The on board camera is mandatory and must be mounted so that it films the race track forward. The data from the indoor camera system may be used by the stewards of the meeting, and/or the Race Director, or the Promoter, to investigate any incident. Brand and type of camera are free. The camera must be installed before the technical checks. Only mechanical and rigid mounts are allowed. The assembly will be validated by the technical scrutineers. The on board camera must always be activated and set to recording mode when the car is on the track or in the pit lane. Any failure to do so may result in a penalty. Any outdoor camera installation is prohibited.

All data from the indoor camera system is the property of the Promoter and will be returned to the team after the Event. The Brand and type of camera are free. The camera must be installed before the technical checks. Only mechanical and rigid mounts are allowed. The assembly will be validated by the technical scrutineers. The indoor on board camera must always be activated and set to recording mode when the car is on the track or in the pit lane. Any failure to do so may result in a penalty.   • School Board Review The School Board reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure provided the School Board or its representative notifies the parties of its intention to review within ten (10) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the School Board reviews a grievance under this section, the School Board reserves the right to reverse or modify such decision.

  • Central      Committee In future central bargaining between Service Employees Union and the participating hospitals, an employee serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Committee shall be paid for time lost from his normal straight time working hours at his regular rate of pay and without loss of leave credits for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee in direct negotiations up to the point of arbitration. Upon reference to arbitration, the Negotiating Committee members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings. It is understood and agreed that the maximum number of Union Central Negotiating Committee members entitled to payment under this provision shall be eight, and in no case will more than one employee from a hospital be entitled to such payment. The Union shall advise the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee, before negotiations commence, of those employees to be paid under this provision. The Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee shall advise the eight hospitals accordingly. It is understood that this clause does not apply to a hospital that is not participating in Central Bargaining.

  • Selection Committee A. Each building site will appoint a selection committee for the TLS. The committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of teachers and administrators and at least one teacher will be appointed by the Des Moines Education Association.
