On-Call Fee Sample Clauses

On-Call Fee. (A) When approved as provided herein, an employee who is required to be on-call shall be compensated by payment of a fee in an amount of $1.00 per hour for each hour the employee is required to be on-call. If an on-call period is less than one hour, the time while on-call will be rounded to the nearest 1/4 hour and the employee will be paid 25¢ for each 1/4 hour of on-call assignment.

  • On Call 10.1.1 In the interests of healthy rostering practices, the parties agree that the allocation of on-call time should be spread as evenly as practicable amongst those required to participate in an on-call roster.
