Common use of ON‐CALL VEHICLE Clause in Contracts

ON‐CALL VEHICLE. In recognition that on‐call personnel may suffer some personal hardship in having to use their own personal vehicle during their call‐in assignment, members will be permitted the use of a UWO vehicle for the sole purpose of attending to their call‐in assignment and will not be used for personal business. The on‐call person must declare his/her intention of using the vehicle at least one week in advance. Declining use of the vehicle for this purpose does not entitle FM staff to claim mileage.
