ON-LINE SERVICES. You hereby request and we hereby agree to provide you with the features of our Online services you elect below by which you can quickly notify and escalate ATM incidents and achieve timely resolution of outstanding incidents and/or which you can add, change and browse terminal and participant data and send it to MAS via an online connection: [X] Tracker. Provides User with real time access to the Tracker ATM monitoring system. Tracker is an automated ATM incident reporting and tracking application that electronically generates and escalates tickets for incidents that occur at ATMs that MAS drives and monitors. [ ] ATI. Provides user with real time access to the terminal and participant data they are authorized to view and/or update. ATI is an online system created to facilitate the rapid exchange of ATM and participant data between clients and MAS. It will substantially reduce lead times required for terminal and participant setup and changes and it will provide users with a terminal installation tracking system to monitor the status of ATM adds and changes.

ON-LINE SERVICES. 2.1 Online Services that will be made available include:-
ON-LINE SERVICES. This network is required for, but not limited to, monitoring remote system and equipment. performance, distributing media, collecting system usage statistics, diagnosing system problems and providing on line support, assistance and repair. The network shall allow two-way real time communication between systems and any one of the locations Maginet's local office is required to dial in to the system every 24 hours to verify defects.

ON-LINE SERVICES. During the term of this Agreement, Verifications grants to Client, on an application service provider basis, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable (except for the assignments set forth in Section XI.I) and non-sublicenseable right to upload Client Data and use, in object code form only, Verifications’ Internet- based on-line access to procure the Products and/or Services, hereinafter referred to as “On-Line Services,” only by Permitted Users and in strict accordance with all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. “Permitted User” means Client’s employees, agents and representatives who have been registered to access On-Line Services on behalf of Client or its Affiliates.

  • On-Line Systems If an Authorized Person elects to transmit Instructions through an on-line communication system offered by the Custodian, the use thereof shall be subject to any terms and conditions contained in a separate written agreement. If the Fund or an Authorized Person elects, with the Custodian’s prior consent, to transmit Instructions through an on-line communications service owned or operated by a third party, the Fund agrees that the Custodian shall not be responsible or liable for the reliability or availability of any such service.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • Data Access Services State Street agrees to make available to the Fund the Data Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and such data access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time.   • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.
