Examples of Service Exhibit in a sentence

  • The Digital Solutions Services performed by any such subcontractors shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the applicable Service Exhibit.

  • As consideration for the performance by SS&C of the Digital Solutions Services, Customer will pay SS&C the fees relating to each such service as set forth in each Service Exhibit attached to this Agreement.
