On-site Sessional. A new on-site sessional payment is proposed. This is an hourly payment for services provided by the GP for all hours worked in the hospital. There is a minimum engagement period of two hours per session for which the GP is paid. Should there be insufficient clinical duties to undertake during the minimum engagement period, the GP may use the available time to attend LHN initiated meetings, undertake QA activities or other LHN related administrative matters.

On-site Sessional. This is an hourly payment for services to the hospital provided personally by the GP for actual hours worked, excluding meal breaks. The minimum engagement period is two hours per session for which the GP is paid. Should there be insufficient clinical duties to undertake during the minimum engagement period, the GP may use the paid time to attend LHN initiated meetings, undertake QA activities or other LHN related administrative matters. No further payments will be made for such activities undertaken during the minimum engagement period. Where GPs are paid an on‐site sessional fee, the GP may not make further claims for payment or bill any other provider or person, including but not limited, to the patient, Medicare, DVA, the LHN, private health insurance and accident and motor insurance, and workers compensation providers for those services for which they are engaged to provide under sessional arrangements.

  • ON-SITE STORAGE With the written approval of the Authorized User, materials, equipment or supplies may be stored at the Authorized User’s site at the Contractor’s sole risk.

  • On-Site Service Under On-Site Service, a Service Provider will either repair or exchange the product at your location. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted). If SAP plans to migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center within the EEA or to Switzerland, SAP will notify Customer in writing (email permitted) no later than thirty days before the planned migration.
