Application details and attached documentation can be modify by the applicant until the application deadline. The on-line application form must be filled in and the required enclosures need to be attached (in pdf format) with the on-line application. Online application. The Partnership Coordinator will set up and manage an online application system through which candidates will submit their applications for individual mobilities. The system will allow candidates to apply for mobility periods and for the relevant scholarships on the fields of study available at each Partner university. Applicants will be able to choose places at each Partner University on the basis of the information provided by every single Partner. It is every Partner’s responsibility to provide clear and complete information on the available fields of study. Every applicant will be allowed to submit a maximum of 1 application to different Universities. Information relating to individuals (personal data) is collected and used by the STREAM partnership in accordance with Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on "the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data”. The STREAM Partnership will organize the students mobility in two cohorts according to the timeline established in the EACEA Intra-ACP Academic Mobility Guidelines. The Partnership will publish three calls for candidatures which will be open for at least 45 days according to the EACEA regulations. The calls will be opened to all levels and Target Groups, and all available scholarships for TG1 and TG2 will be assigned. This way, all long-term mobilities (24-42 months) will start in the first cohort. In case the Partnership will not be able to distribute all long term mobilities within the first call for applications, the approval by the EACEA will be asked for transforming the remaining long term scholarships in short mobilities for the same academic level; the changes in the mobility flows will respect the distribution parameters prescribed by the Programme Guidelines and will not increase the project budget. The second call for applications will be open only to TG1 and TG2 candidates applying for exchange mobility periods and only Staff, Master’s and Doctorate levels of maximum 20 months. After the closing of calls and after evaluation of the applications received, the Partners will decide whether to open an additional call subsequently.
