Online Model. Online learning occurs when the learner and instructor, or source of information, are separated by time and distance and therefore cannot meet in a traditional physical classroom setting. Instruction is delivered via a variety of online learning platforms and includes both synchronous and asynchronous learning.  Prior to the start of school teachers will provide administrators with their daily schedule by content area and updated as needed. Administrators will continue to have access to all instructional learning platforms and meetings.  Teachers are expected to respond physically to work 5 days a week. Teachers who have underlying conditions or require reasonable accommodations, may result in flexible options. Additionally, site administrators will consider flexibility when requested by the teacher.  Teachers will provide both synchronous and asynchronous instruction actively engaging students within their instructional day. Instructional minutes for the online model will follow the provided Governor or legislative guidelines. These times include but are not limited to the following: screen time, extended learning activities, reading, and other activities per grade level.  PreSchool : 180 minutes daily  TK/K: 180 minutes daily  1/2/3: 230 minutes daily  4/5/6: 240 minutes daily  7/8: 240 minutes daily This Office Day provision for certificated staff will enable students to engage in a physical and remote learning schedule. The Office Day will be assigned by middle schools and their feeder elementary schools. Each cluster will have a different day of the week as an Office Day (See chart below). Preschool designated day is the same as the chart below.  The X represents am/pm sessions. The day of the week each cluster school has as an Office Day will be the day physical education takes place at the elementary schools.   • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing. You may Use the standard Server Software on one primary Server Computer (or a primary cluster of computers suitably configured for productive use of the Server Software). You may install backup copies of the Server Software on backup Server Computers to provide redundancy in the event of failure of the primary Server Computer(s) but, unless you have acquired additional licenses or a failover license from Vocera, you may not run such backup or additional copies concurrently with the primary copies. Vocera grants you the right to use the applicable License Key issued by Vocera only to enable Use of the Server Software in conjunction with the licensed Server Computers. Server Software may be licensed for a Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.
