Online Notice. The Claim Administrator shall cause the Online Notice, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B1, to be published on a whitelist1 of approximately 3,000 internet sites targeting Canada Dry Purchasers and adults 18-44 through a programmatic approach which includes multiple online inventory exchanges. Keyword search via Google AdWords will target topics including Canada Dry Ginger Ale, ginger ale, Canada Dry coupons, Xxxxxxx’x Xxxxxx Ale, among others. Further, this Notice Program will include banner advertising on Facebook and Instagram, targeting people who have liked or followed Canada Dry pages as well as other ginger ale brands such as Seagram's and Schwepps as well as adults 18-44 for a total of at least 37,800,000 million combined impressions (including both desktop and mobile impressions). Online advertising will be optimized daily to higher performing media. Further, the Claim Administrator will retarget people who have visited the Settlement Website but did not complete a Claim Form.

Online Notice. A banner advertisement shall be published for a one-month period on the Air Cargo Week website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx), subject to reasonable placement deadlines and costs; and

The online notice program shall include the following: • Tracking which webpages and times of day are generating the highest click-though rate and conversion rate, and to the extent practicable, redirecting future impressions to those higher-peforming locations instead of lower-performing locations. • Multiple targeting layers will be implemented to help ensure delivery to the most appropriate users, inclusive of search targeting, category contextual targeting, keyword contextual targeting, and site retargeting. • Monitoring placement of advertisements and sources of traffic to prevent impression fraud and click fraud. • Search terms will target users who are currently browsing or have recently browsed content in categories such as processed fruit cups to help qualify impressions and to ensure messaging is served to the most relevant audience. • Advertising on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, targeting people on an interest-based approach which focuses on the interests that users exhibit while on these platforms and will target persons who have shown interest in Xxxx, processed fruit cups, and/or other terms pertinent to the Settlement. • Paid search campaign on Google to help drive Class Members actively searching for information about the Settlement to the dedicated Settlement Website.
Online Notice. Within thirty-five (35) days from the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Class Notice will be provided by internet banner advertisements in locations to be agreed upon by the Parties, which will link to the Settlement Website, and/or social media to be agreed upon by the Parties which will link to the Settlement Website.

  • Giving Notice Except as otherwise permitted by Section 2.14 with respect to borrowing notices, all notices and other communications provided to any party hereto under the Agreement or any other Loan Document shall be in writing and addressed or delivered to such party at its address set forth below its signature hereto or at such other address (or to counsel for such party) as may be designated by such party in a notice to the other parties.
