Operations & Operational Maintenance. Tasks FSR duties shall include: testing, repairing, removing and replacing parts, loading software and firmware for systems, subsystems, equipment, and components. The Contractor shall analyze and diagnose the failure mode, report the incident by electronic communications to NSWC Crane, notify NSWC Crane of all affected repairs, perform the repair operation, and complete the post-maintenance checkout procedure. The Contractor shall perform repair and maintenance actions on systems, subsystems, equipment or components at CONUS and OCONUS locations, and stations worldwide requiring repair beyond the skill of organizational maintenance personnel. The Contractor shall analyze the problem, report the problem by electronic communications, request approval to affect repairs, and perform the repair operation. After each such action, the Contractor shall provide a report to NSWC Crane to include problem related information (repair action taken, time and date, place, and equipment identification). The format of this report, and any peculiar reporting systems, will be at the direction of NSWC Crane. Testing of repairs performed by an FSR in the field shall be following the Contractor standard test procedures. Field repairs performed by FSRs may be inspected and accepted by the onsite USG representative, as needed. All parts removed during field repairs remain the property of the USG. Disposition of all USG property will be communicated to the Contractor by the USG. The USG shall provide system spare parts and assemblies for the FSRs to utilize in support of remove and replace maintenance required. The Contractor shall provide a government- furnished material inventory consumption report to the USG monthly. The Contractor shall perform field service tasks at CONUS and OCONUS locations. Tasking at field service activities shall include installation and testing of components and systems, trouble shooting and maintaining deployed equipment, and the installation and testing of alteration kits and components following the applicable operational specifications.   • Operations and Maintenance Pursuant to Section 10.5 of this Agreement, Developer shall pay the reasonable expenses (including overheads) for the operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and incremental operating and maintenance expenses incurred in association with System Upgrade Facilities, if and to the extent provided for under Attachment S.   • Maintenance and Operation Member-Generator agrees to maintain their system and facilities in accordance with applicable manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule and standard prudent engineering practices. Member-Generator covenants and agrees to operate their system, facilities and equipment so as to minimize the likelihood for a malfunction or other disturbance, damaging or otherwise affecting or impairing Cooperative’s electrical system. Member-Generator shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, zoning, building codes, safety rules and other environmental regulations or restrictions applicable to the design, installation, operation and maintenance of the Member-Generator's System. Member-Generator must, at least once every year, conduct a test to confirm that Member-Generator’s System automatically ceases to energize the output (interconnection equipment output voltage goes to zero) within two (2) seconds of being disconnected from Cooperative’s electrical system. Disconnecting the Member-Generator’s System from Cooperative’s electrical system at the visible disconnect switch and measuring the time required for the unit to cease to energize the output shall satisfy this test. Member-Generator shall maintain a record of the results of these tests and, upon request by Cooperative, shall provide a copy of the test results to Cooperative. If Member-Generator is unable to provide a copy of the test results upon request, Cooperative shall notify Member- Generator by mail that Member-Generator has thirty (30) days from the date Member-Generator receives the request to provide Cooperative with the results of a test. If Member-Generator does not provide Cooperative with the test results within the thirty (30) day time period or if the test results provided to Cooperative show that Member-Generator’s net metering unit is not functioning correctly, Cooperative may immediately disconnect Member-Generator’s System from Cooperative’s electrical system. If Member-Generator’s equipment ever fails this test, Member-Generator shall immediately disconnect Member-Generator’s System from Cooperative's electrical system. Member-Generator’s System shall not be reconnected to Cooperative's electrical system by the Member-Generator until Member-Generator’s System is repaired and operating in a normal and safe manner. Cooperative shall have the right to have a representative present and informed when any such tests are conducted. Cooperative does not warrant the testing procedures or results by the presence of its representative. Member-Generator is responsible for protecting their equipment from transient high voltage spikes caused by lightning and/or transient low voltage conditions caused by faults or short circuits, and from any other causes or events. Therefore, Cooperative shall not be responsible for damage to Member-Generator’s equipment allegedly caused by transient high voltage spikes caused by lightning and/or transient low voltage conditions caused by faults or short circuits or other causes or events. Member-Generator agrees to notify Cooperative no less than thirty (30) days prior to modification of the components or design of the Member-Generator’s System that in any way may degrade or significantly alter the System’s output characteristics. Member-Generator acknowledges that any such modifications will require submission of a new Application and Agreement to Cooperative.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • REPAIRS; MAINTENANCE The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to supervise repairs, improvements, alterations, and decorations to the Property as well as purchase and pay bills for services and supplies. The Agent shall obtain prior approval of the Owner for all expenditures over $ for any single item. Prior approval for lesser amounts shall not be required for monthly or recurring operating charges or if emergency expenditures over the maximum are, in the Agent’s opinion, needed to protect the Property from damage, prevent injury to persons, avoid suspension of necessary services, avoid penalties or fines, or suspension of services to tenants required by a lease or rental agreement or by law, including, but not limited to, maintaining the Property in a condition fit for human habitation as required by applicable law.

  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals Receipts for transmittal of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Brochures and Data to the Design Professional (or Commissioning Agent) as required by Section 6.1.1.5.

  • MONITORING OF OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE 19.1 Monthly status reports During Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Bus Terminal including its compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Programme and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.

  • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the state highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the state highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.
