OPSEU Provincial Position Leave. a) When an employee is elected as the OPSEU President or Vice-President/Treasurer, the Union will, immediately following such election, advise the Employer in writing of the name of the employee so elected. An unpaid leave of absence of up to a maximum of two (2) years without loss of seniority shall be granted to the elected Employee.
