Employees may: 37 1. Elect to receive straight time pay for their regularly 38 scheduled hours worked on the holiday and bank the equivalent 39 holiday hours; or 41 2. Elect to bank holiday hours not worked in lieu of pay when 42 the holiday falls on their regular day off.
