Order of Personnel Reductions and Layoff. Upon determination by the President that attrition and retraining will not accomplish the reduction, then layoffs may be instituted. After meeting and conferring with the Association pursuant to Section A above, the President shall determine the particular department or program in which personnel reductions ought to be made. Such reductions shall then be accomplished in the following order. a. Adjunct, community faculty, and fixed term, without priority, based upon programmatic needs.
