OSHA Standards. The Company will inform the Client of any violations of known OSHA standards associated with the Employee’s work place.
OSHA Standards. With respect to Products used in the United States, Buyer is cautioned that all Products sold by Seller must be used in such manner as to meet the requirements of OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and the regulations issued from time to time thereunder. Seller believes that its Products are capable of such complying use, but Seller does not represent, warrant, or agree to indemnify regarding OSHA matters or any other applicable occupational or industrial health and safety matters; and the only warranties Seller makes are those that are set forth and defined in the provision entitled "Warranty" above.

All contractors and subcontractors performing services for the City are required and shall comply with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), State and City Safety and Occupational Health Standards and any other applicable rules and regulations. Also, all contractors and subcontractors shall be held responsible for the safety of their employees and any unsafe acts or conditions that may cause injury or damage to any persons or property within and around the work site area under this contract.
OSHA Standards. Contractor shall comply with current Connecticut OSHA standards, Volume I, General Industry Standards, Volume II, and Construction Safety and Health Regulations.

All Offerors agree and warrant that services performed in response to this invitation shall conform to the standards declared by the US Department of Labor under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA). In the event the services do not conform to OSHA Standards, the City may require the services to be redone at no additional expense to the City.

OSHA Standards. The Company will report any safety violations observed or reported to the Company in any U.S. Government provided workstations.
