OSHA Standards Sample Clauses
The OSHA Standards clause establishes that all parties involved in the agreement must comply with the safety and health regulations set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This typically means that employers, contractors, or service providers are required to maintain safe working conditions, provide necessary safety equipment, and follow all applicable OSHA rules during the performance of work. By mandating adherence to these standards, the clause helps ensure workplace safety and reduces the risk of accidents or legal liability related to non-compliance.
