SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS. Seller represents and certifies to Buyer that any and all services performed and any goods delivered under this Purchase Order shall comply with all requirements of any applicable health or safety statute or regulation of any government or regulatory body having jurisdiction in the location from or to which such items are to be shipped or at which such work is to be performed pursuant to this Purchase Order. Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buyer against any claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses assessed against or incurred by Xxxxx as a result of Seller’s failure to comply with such statutes or regulations, and with all rules, standards, or orders issued thereunder, and for the failure of the goods or services furnished under this Purchase Order to so comply.

SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS. The Contractor shall comply with the Department of Labor Safety & Health Regulations for construction promulgated under the Occupational Safety & Health Act of 1970, (PL 91-596) and under Section 107 of the Contract Work Hours & Safety Standards Act (PL 91-54). All equipment furnished and installed under this contract shall comply with Part 1910, Occupational Safety & Health Standards & Amendments thereto. Construction in County or State Department of Transportation rights-of-way and construction in wetlands and navigable water bodies will be governed by applicable County, State and Federal permits. All conditions set forth on the permits shall be a part of the contract and they shall be attached by addendum.
SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS. The Contract is to be governed at all times by applicable provisions of federal law, including but not limited to the following: Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Public Law 91-596. Part 1910 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards, Chapter XIII of title 29, code of federal Regulations. Nothing contained in the Contract shall be construed as relieving Contractor in any way of Contractor’s responsibility for strict compliance with all governmental requirements pertaining to health and safety.
SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS. While on the premises of City or Owner, Contractor and its employees shall comply with all applicable safety and health laws, regulations, and ordinances and with the safety, health, and plant regulations of City and Owner, and shall ensure that all of its employees and agents have a safe place of work on said premises. Contractor shall keep said premises and the vicinity thereof clean of debris and rubbish caused by its work and, upon completion of its work, shall leave the premises clean and ready for use. Upon request of City or Owner, and at no cost or expense to City or Owner, Contractor shall promptly remove from said premises any person under the control of Contractor who violates any of the aforesaid safety, health, or plant laws, regulations, ordinances, or rules or who may cause or threaten to cause a breach of the peace, or who is otherwise objectionable to City or Owner.
SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS. 17.1 The project is subject to all of the Safety and Health Regulations as promulgated by the United States Department of Labor (Title 29, Part 1926/1910 CFR, 1985 revisions); the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 327 et seq.) as supplemented by the Department of Labor Regulations (Title 29 CFR Part 5); and OSHA 2207, 1983 revisions; and all subsequent amendments thereto. Contractors are urged to make themselves familiar with the requirements of these regulations.
SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS. At all times, the Contractor shall use all required and/or necessary precautions for the safety and protection of the public, County personnel, employees, and private and public property in performing the Work under this Contract. The Contractor shall comply fully with all applicable provisions of applicable governmental regulations and standards, and/or agencies, noting that in the case of conflict, the Contractor shall comply with the most stringent rule or regulation.
SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS. While on the premises of Buyer, all members of Vendor Group shall comply with all safety and health laws and regulations, and with the safety, health and other regulations of Buyer. Vendor shall keep such premises clean and, upon delivery of Goods, shall leave the premises clean and ready for use. At no cost to Buyer, Vendor shall promptly remove from the premises of Buyer any person under its control who violates this Section, or who is otherwise objectionable to Buyer.

SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS. 6.1 The Contractor and his personnel (including subcontractors’ and/or suppliers’s personnel) shall observe all applicable safety and health regulations in force in The Netherlands and in particular at ESA’s site when carrying out their tasks as defined in this Contract. 6.2 All staff employed by the Contractor under this Contract shall be issued with an identity card by ESA. This card shall be carried by the staff concerned on entering, staying on and leaving ESA's premises. The Contractor shall supply to the Agency a complete list of all staff employed under the Contract and all relevant information to enable ESA to identify the staff concerned. This list shall be countersigned by the Agency's Technical Representative, and any changes shall normally be notified by the Contractor in writing 1 (one) week before the change takes place. Identity cards must be immediately returned to ESA when staff are replaced and on termination of the works rendered under the Contract. All visitors of the Contractor on ESA's premises, including the Contractor's staff not employed under this Contract, shall complete the formal ESA visitors' procedure at the site. Visitors are not permitted to visit areas, other than the Contractor's site office and operational area, without the prior authorisation of the Agency's Technical Representative. For every identity card not returned in accordance with these conditions, a retention fee of EURO 100 will apply. 6.3 Infringements of the regulations by the Contractor, his staff or their visitors, will be notified in writing to the Contractor, who will take appropriate measures to ensure future compliance. In the event of serious infringements of the regulations, and in consultation with the Contractor, the Agency may prohibit the entry onto its site of the person or persons concerned. The consequences of such prohibition shall be borne by the Contractor. 6.4 The Contractor warrants that he and his staff (including the subcontractors’ and/or suppliers’ personnel) working on ESA’s premises have read or will before taking up work, ESA’s General Safety and Security Rules applicable at the site ESTEC Health, Safety and Environmental Manual, Reference HSE-2010-019, latest issue and that he and his staff will comply with these rules. 6.5 Contractor’s staff may use the ESTEC restaurant facility provided: - permission has been obtained from the Technical Representative of the Agency, mentioned in sub-Clause 5.1 of Article 6 above; - the staff are...
