OSS TRAINING COURSES. 11.1 Prior to live system usage, CLEC must complete user education classes for SBC-13STATE-provided interfaces that affect the SBC-13STATE network. Course descriptions for all available classes by region are posted on the CLEC website in the Customer Education section. CLEC Training schedules by region are also available on the CLEC website and are subject to change, with class lengths varying. Classes are train-the-trainer format to enable CLEC to devise its own course work for its own employees. CLEC agrees that charges will be billed by SBC-13STATE and CLEC payment is due thirty (30) days following the xxxx date. CLEC agrees that personnel from other competitive Local Service Providers may be scheduled into any class to fill any seats for which the CLEC has not contracted. Class availability is first-come, first served with priority given to CLECs who have not yet attended the specific class.

A separate agreement will be required as a commitment to enroll in training classes and pay for a specific number of CARRIER students in each class. CARRIER can obtain a copy of the proposed contract and price list from their account manager. Additional, course descriptions and class schedules by region for CARRIERs will be available through their Account Manager. CARRIERtraining schedules are subject to change, with class lengths varying. Classes are train-the-trainer format to enable CARRIER to devise its own course work for its own employees. If CARRIER is already live using AT&T-13STATE’s CLEC OSS Interfaces at the time this contract was executed, this requirement for training language in Section 11 will only be applicable for new OSS interfaces that require separate training.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Directory Assistance 72.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink is not a Directory Assistance (DA) provider. CenturyLink provides directory listings information for its subscribers to third party DA providers to be included in the national and local databases used by such third party providers. The Parties agree that to the extent the DA provider contracted by CLEC for DA services to CLEC’s subscribers also populates the national DA database, then CLEC’s DA listings have been made available to CenturyLink’s subscribers and no further effort is needed by either Party. If for any reason, CLEC desires that CenturyLink act as a middleman conduit for the placement of CLEC’s DA listings in the DA database(s), then CenturyLink shall provide such compensable DA listings service pursuant to separate written terms and conditions between CenturyLink and CLEC which will be attached to this Agreement as an Amendment.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.
