Other Discounts. Dealer Manager may, at its sole discretion, enter into an agreement with a Participating Dealer whereby such Participating Dealer may offer investors reduced selling commissions and/or dealer manager fees. The specific terms of any such arrangement will be subject to negotiation between the Dealer Manager and the Participating Dealer.

Customer acknowledges the dollar value of any Therapeutics and Devices which Customer receives but does not pay for shall be a "discount or other reduction in price" and may be subject to the disclosure requirements of Section 1128(b)(3)(A) of the Social Security Act. Other Discounts. To the extent allowable under the applicable agreement, each Member shall use all reasonable efforts to make their programming, equipment discounts and other contract arrangements, including, without limitation, billing services, available to the Company on substantially the same terms available to such Member. In connection with the foregoing, the Company shall use CSG Systems, Inc. ("CSG") as its billing vendor and TCI shall cause CSG to be the Company's billing vendor pursuant to the terms and rates set forth in the Restated and Amended CSG Master Subscriber Management system Agreement dated August 10, 1997 between CSG and TCI Cable Management Corporation.

Payment of Parking spaces is carried out by the Lessor only in paid Parking, included in the zone of paid city Parking, defined by the Moscow Government Decree from 17.05.2013 № 289-PP "On the organization of paid city Parking in Moscow." In all other paid Parking lots (closed, private, etc.), the payment is made by the User independently and at his/her own expense.
