We may oppose that request and you must comply with our decision if we are of the opinion it will harm our business or negatively affect your ability to work for us. 5.2 You have declared in your employment application that all of the information provided by you to us is accurate and complete. You are required to disclose all pre-existing injuries and diseases of which you are aware or any which you could foresee may affect your proposed employment. Failure by you to disclose any relevant or factual information may result in the termination of your employment summarily.
