Other Interfaces. If the Class Year XXXX Project degrades the transfer capability of any one of the Other Interfaces below the transfer capability identified in the current ATBA, then the Developer will pay its pro rata share of one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the System Deliverability Upgrades needed to restore the transfer capability of the Other Interfaces degraded by its proposed Project to what the transfer capability of those Other Interfaces would have been without its Project, as that transfer capability was measured in the current ATBA. Where two or more Projects would cause degradation of an Other Interface’s transfer capability, the cost of the necessary System Deliverability Upgrades to restore the original transfer capability of the interface shall be shared on a pro rata basis, based on the MW of degradation that each Project would cause.

Other Interfaces. Subject to the terms and conditions of this ---------------- Agreement, Intel, on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries, grants to Rambus and its Subsidiaries a worldwide, royalty free, nonexclusive license, under Intel Patents pertaining to Other Interfaces, to design, make, have made (subject to Section 6.1), use, import, offer to sell, and sell or otherwise dispose of Compliant Portions of Other Interfaces (alone or as incorporated into products) (subject to Section 6.2), provided that such license does not extend to any portion of a product in which a Compliant Portion is incorporated other than such Compliant Portion. Rambus shall have the right to sublicense (without any right of its sublicensees to further sublicense except to their Subsidiaries) its rights under the Intel Patents to Rambus Licensees but only to the same extent Rambus has licensed such Rambus Licensee under Rambus' and its Subsidiaries' intellectual property rights (other than trademarks) necessary to implement the Other Interface, provided that such sublicense shall exclude use of the Compliant Portion in products other than Rambus Licensed Integrated Circuits.
Other Interfaces. TMs, the test officer, and other technical experts (civilians, contractors, or soldiers) will provide daily on-site technical guidance, to include clarification and/or changes to the test plan, Test Operating Procedure (TOP)/ Internal TOP (ITOP), and/or Standing Operating Procedure (SOP). The test officer has the authority to make changes to test procedures and/or test set-ups in order to ensure that test data are properly and safely collected.

  • Interfaces GTE provides the CLECs with choices for access to OSS pre-ordering, ordering, maintenance and repair systems. Availability of the interfaces is fundamental to the CLEC being able to effectively do business with GTE. Additionally, in many instances, CLEC personnel must work with the service personnel of GTE. Measurements in this category assess the availability to the CLECs of systems and personnel at GTE work centers.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Systems The details of any systems work will be determined after a thorough business analysis. System's work will be billed on a time and material basis. Investors Bank provides an allowance of 10 systems hours for data extract set up and reporting extract set up. Additional hours will be billed on a time and material basis.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement.
