Common use of Other Leave Provisions Clause in Contracts

Other Leave Provisions. A. Members of the bargaining unit, who do not meet other paid leave provisions, may be granted unpaid leave at the discretion of the Superintendent and/or the Board. B. Any bargaining unit member on any unpaid leave of absence shall be entitled to participate, at the member’s own expense, in all Board insurance programs at the group rates, provided this is permitted by the insurance carriers involved and provided further that the necessary payment arrangements are made with the Treasurer’s Office.
