Other Supplies. Audio-visual equipment, supplies and other materials necessary to teach assigned courses will be provided. Approved textbooks and Professional Staff Member editions of all approved textbooks (when available for purchase) for the Staff Member assigned to teach from the approved textbook, will be provided.

Other Supplies. 1. Contractor will pay United, for United's * for all forms, documents, papers and supplies which are required in the normal course of Contractor's United Express Services under this Agreement and which are furnished by United or its designated vendors including; a. Baggage tags and ticket wallets at Joint Locations and United Locations, and ----------------------------- *Confidential Treatment Requested b. Passenger ticket stock, city timetables, United airway bills, United cargo bills and other shipping documentation at Contractor Locations, United Locations and Joint Locations. 2. Contractor will provide and only use United's flight interruption manifests, unless directed to do otherwise, for the rerouting of passengers resulting from denied boarding or the delay or cancellation of Contractor's United Express flights. 3. United shall issue an invoice to Contractor for all supplies purchased from United, however such expenses shall be paid through the ACH and the invoice to Contractor will be net of cash received by United via ACH.

Other Supplies. All other supplies required in connection with the performance of the SoftLight Procedures shall be provided by Lessee at Lessee's sole cost and expense, including without limitation, smoke evacuator filters, waxing equipment and supplies, and lotions and cleansers; provided, however, that ThermoLase reserves the right to inspect such supplies and to impose minimum standards with respect to such supplies, which ThermoLase considers, in its reasonable discretion, to be necessary in order to satisfy ThermoLase's safety and efficacy standards with respect to the use of SoftLight Lasers. ThermoLase shall provide Lessee with a list of such other supplies and the names of suppliers thereof.
Other Supplies. All other supplies required in connection with the performance of the SoftLight Procedures at the Facilities shall be provided by Franchisee or Subfranchisee at their sole cost and expense, including without limitation, smoke evacuator filters, waxing equipment and supplies, and lotions and cleansers; provided, however, that ThermoLase reserves the right to inspect such supplies and to impose minimum standards with respect to such supplies, which ThermoLase considers, in its reasonable discretion, to be necessary in order to satisfy ThermoLase's safety and efficacy standards with respect to the use of SoftLight Lasers.

  • Bidder Supplied Samples The Commissioner reserves the right to request from the Bidder/Contractor a representative sample(s) of the Product offered at any time prior to or after award of a contract. Unless otherwise instructed, samples shall be furnished within the time specified in the request. Untimely submission of a sample may constitute grounds for rejection of Bid or cancellation of the Contract. Samples must be submitted free of charge and be accompanied by the Bidder’s name and address, any descriptive literature relating to the Product and a statement indicating how and where the sample is to be returned. Where applicable, samples must be properly labeled with the appropriate Bid or Contract reference. A sample may be held by the Commissioner during the entire term of the Contract and for a reasonable period thereafter for comparison with deliveries. At the conclusion of the holding period the sample, where feasible, will be returned as instructed by the Bidder, at the Bidder’s expense and risk. Where the Bidder has failed to fully instruct the Commissioner as to the return of the sample (i.e., mode and place of return, etc.) or refuses to bear the cost of its return, the sample shall become the sole property of the receiving entity at the conclusion of the holding period.

  • Water Supply The system may or may not meet state and local requirements. It is the right and responsibility of Buyer to determine the compliance of the system with state and local requirements.   • Equipment and Supplies Independent Contractor, at Independent Contractor's sole expense, shall provide all equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the Service.

  • All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing. The Vendor shall provide timely and accurate customer support for orders to TIPS Members as agreed by the Parties. Vendors shall respond to such requests within a commercially reasonable time after receipt of the request. If support andƒor training is a line item sold or packaged with a sale, support shall be as agreed with the TIPS Member. Most TIPS Members are tax exempt and the related laws andƒor regulations of the controlling jurisdiction(s) of the TIPS Member shall apply. No assignment of Agreement may be made without the prior notification of TIPS. Written approval of TIPS shall not be unreasonably withheld. Payment for delivered goods and services can only be made to the awarded Vendor, Vendor designated reseller or vendor assigned company.

  • Third Party Suppliers If Licensee wishes to obtain the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product from a Third Party source, Licensee shall notify Pfizer through MPP of the intended source prior to making any commitments to purchase the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product. Pfizer will determine at its sole discretion whether and on what terms to grant a license to the intended source to produce the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product or inform Licensee whether such license already exists.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.

  • Ordering Services a) By submitting an Order to Megaport: 1. Customer warrants that the information Customer provides to Megaport in an Order is true and correct and that Megaport may rely upon it; and 2. Customer is making a binding offer to acquire the Services described in the Order on the terms set out in this Agreement, which Megaport may accept at its discretion. An agreement to supply a Service is formed on the date Megaport provisions that Service and charges apply from the Billing Commencement Date.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date. In the event the additional equipment, supplies, services, or locations are not identical to the items(s) already under this Agreement, the charges therefor will then be Contractor’s normal and customary charges or rates for the equipment, supplies, services, or locations classified in the Fees and Costs (Exhibit “F”).

  • Spare Parts 14.1 As specified, the supplier may be required to provide any or all of the following materials, notifications, and information pertaining to spare parts manufactured or distributed by the supplier: (a) such spare parts as the purchaser may elect to purchase from the supplier, provided that this election shall not relieve the supplier of any warranty obligations under the contract and; (b) In the event of termination of production of the spare parts: (i) advance notification to the purchaser of the pending termination, in sufficient time to permit the purchaser to procure needed requirements and; (ii) Following such termination, furnishing at no cost to the purchaser, the blueprints, drawings, and specifications of the spare parts, if requested.
