Out of Town Allowance. An employee sent by the Employer to a job outside of Zone 1, and who is required by the Employer to remain away from his normal place of residence, will receive his regular rate of pay at straight time from the boundary of Zone 1 upon his commencement of employment on the job, and his regular rate of pay at straight time from the job to the boundary of Zone 1 at the end of the job, and the following allowances:
