During a leave of absence, outside employment for an employer other than the Company is not permitted without prior written approval from the Company and notice to the Union. An employee who engages in such unapproved employment will be deemed to have resigned the employee’s employment with the Company and the employee’s name will be stricken from the seniority roster.
