Overage and Correction Procedures. Contractor shall provide the Service Recipients the 635 correct combination of Containers and collection frequency that matches each Service Recipient’s unique 636 service needs to enable clean, efficient, and cost-effective collection of Garbage and Organic Waste. City 637 and Contractor agree that overflow of Garbage or Organic Waste that is not properly in the Service 638 Recipient’s Containers may negatively impact public health and safety. If a Service Recipient is found to 639 habitually overflow Container(s), i.e., lid will not close, Contractor may take the steps as listed below to 640 correct Service Recipient’s on-going overflow of material.

City and Contractor agree that overflow of Solid Waste that is not properly in 821 the Service Recipient’s Solid Waste Collection Containers negatively impacts public health and safety. 822 Contractor has also agreed to conduct recycling audits and provide outreach and support to Service 823 Recipient accounts receiving the correct service level. However, if Service Recipients are found to habitually 824 overflow their Solid Waste Collection Containers, Contractor may take the steps as listed below to correct 825 Service Recipient’s on-going overflow of Solid Waste.
Overage and Correction Procedures. CONTRACTOR shall offer the Service Recipients the correct combination of Cart, Bin and Roll-Off Container sizes and collection frequency that matches each Service Recipient’s unique service needs to enable clean, efficient, and cost-effective collection of Solid Waste. CITY and CONTRACTOR agree that overflow of Solid Waste that is not properly in the Service Recipient‘s Cart(s), Bin(s) or Roll-Off Container(s) may negatively impact public health and safety. CONTRACTOR has also agreed to conduct recycling audits and provide outreach and support to Service Recipient accounts receiving the correct service level. However, in the event that Service Recipients are found to habitually overflow their Solid Waste Cart(s), Bin(s) or Roll-Off Container(s), CONTRACTOR may take the steps as listed below to correct Service Recipient’s on-going overflow of Solid Waste.
