Overnight Trips If the Company determines that overnight travel is required, the employee will be reimbursed for expenses, which are supported by receipts as follows:
A. Transportation expenses as described in Section 6.10(D) above.
B. Lodging, approved in advance by the Company.
C. Meals, not to exceed t h i r t y - f i v e dollars ($35.00) per day, unless management approves a higher amount in advance.
Overnight Delivery When delivered by an overnight delivery service, charges prepaid or charged to the sender’s account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service.
Overnight Travel For each full day of travel, all three meals are reimbursable. Per diems on the first and last day of a trip are governed as set forth below. Depart before 12:00 noon Lunch and dinner Depart after 12:00 noon Return Day Dinner Return before 12:00 noon Breakfast Return between 12:00 noon & 7:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch Return after 7:00 p.m.* Breakfast, lunch and dinner *7:00 p.m. is defined as direct travel time and does not include time taken to stop for dinner. The reimbursement rates for individual meals are calculated as a percentage of the full day per diem as follows: Breakfast 15% Lunch 25% Dinner 60%
Certified Mail When mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective upon receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt.
Dispatch The Power Project shall be required to maintain compliance to the applicable Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time.
Personal Delivery When personally delivered to the recipient, notice is effective upon delivery.
Mail Service 1. The Union shall be authorized to use the Agency’s internal mail distribution system, and the electronic mail system (e-mail), to conduct Union business which is necessary for the effective representation of bargaining unit employees.
2. Union representatives shall observe all Agency rules and regulations governing the use of mail distribution systems (electronic or otherwise). Failure to do so may result in denial of access of use.
Postal Service The Parties may designate substitute addresses where or persons to whom notices are to be mailed or delivered. However, these substitutions will not become effective until actual receipt of written notification.
Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.
