Common use of Overtime accrued Clause in Contracts

Overtime accrued. during each fiscal year shall be taken within six (6) months of the end of the fiscal year, unless the employee receives written approval from the appropriate OOS Manager prior to the end of the fiscal year to carry forward banked time. Any unused overtime shall be paid out at the applicable overtime rate.
