Overtime and Calls. 3.1 Except as otherwise provided in Clause 2.11, when employees are required to work in excess of eight hours per day they will be paid overtime on the actual minute basis at the rate of time and one-half. 3.2 Except as otherwise provided in Clause 2.11, work in excess of forty straight time hours, or five days in any work week, shall be considered overtime and paid at the rate of time and one-half, except where such work is performed by an employee due to moving from one assignment to another or to or from a laid-off list, or where rest days are being accumulated under Clause 4.3.
