Overtime Breaks. If an employee is required to work overtime for two hours after their normal ceasing time (and for each four hours thereafter) the employee must be provided with a 30 minute break without loss of pay, provided that overtime work continues after any such break.

If When an employee is required specifically requested to work overtime for two hours after their normal ceasing time overtime, he/she will be given a ten (and for each four hours thereafter10) the employee must be provided with a 30 minute break without loss of pay, provided pay providing the overtime exceeds two (2) hours of work. For each subsequent period that overtime exceeds two hours (2) of work continues after any such breakan additional ten (10) minute paid break will be provided.
