Overtime Compensation. a) Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates: i) time and one-half for the first two (2) hours of overtime on a regularly scheduled work day; and ii) double time for hours worked in excess of (i); and iii) double time for all hours worked on a day of rest. (a) Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates: i(1) time and one-half for one‐half and or the first two (2) hours of overtime on a regularly scheduled work day; andworkday; ii(2) double time double‐time for hours worked in excess of (i)one; and iii(3) double time double‐time for all hours worked on a day of rest. The compensation of overtime in (i1) and (ii2) is to be on a daily basis and not cumulative. (1) Any overtime still owing at the end of the calendar year may be taken as compensatory time offoff at a mutually agreeable time prior to the end of the fiscal year. Should this become impossible, such time off all outstanding overtime shall be taken compensated by monetary payment at a time mutually agreed to between the Employer and end of the employee.
