Overtime/Extra Hours for secretarial Clause Samples

Overtime/Extra Hours for secretarial clerical employees, instructional assistants, and library technical assistants (LTAs) shall be paid after forty (40) hours in any one (1) week at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the regular hourly rate. Time worked on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays shall be compensated as provided above.
