Common use of Overtime for Callout - Maintenance Staff Clause in Contracts

Overtime for Callout - Maintenance Staff. (a) When an employee responds to an emergency callout before or after their normal shift, they shall be compensated at two times his their regular hourly rate for all time while on such calls from the time the employee leaves their residence or location at which such call is received and including normal travel time to and from their residence or location.
