Common use of Overtime Rate Clause in Contracts

Overtime Rate. Overtime work shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half (1/2) for time worked over the Employee's regularly scheduled work week.

Overtime Rate. Overtime work shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) for time all hours worked over the Employee's regularly scheduled work forty-four (44) hours worked per week.
