Overtime - Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees. (a) Regular Full-Time Employees and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be paid at overtime rates for all overtime worked:
Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.
Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.
