Computing Overtime. For the purpose of computing overtime, all holiday, comp time, sick leave, paid leave and vacation hours for which an employee is compensated, shall be regarded as hours worked.
Computing Overtime. In computing Overtime, a period of thirty minutes (30) or less shall be counted as one-half (1/2) hour, and a period of more than thirty (30) minutes and sixty (60) minutes or less shall be counted as one (1) hour.
Computing Overtime. Paid absences from work, such as vacations, ------------------- Holidays and sick leave, shall be considered as time worked for the purpose of this Agreement but shall not be deemed as time worked for the purpose of computing overtime.
Computing Overtime. 1) For the purpose of computing overtime, all unworked holiday hours for which an employee is compensated shall be regarded as hours worked, providing those hours fall during a regularly scheduled shift Monday through Friday.
2) For the purpose of computing overtime, all unworked inclement weather hours for which an employee is compensated shall be regarded as hours worked (except as provided in Section 6.H. below), providing those hours fall during a regularly scheduled shift Monday through Friday.
3) For the purpose of computing overtime, all unworked earned vacation days for which an employee is compensated shall be regarded as hours worked, providing those hours fall during a regularly scheduled shift Monday through Friday.
Computing Overtime. The following shall be considered hours worked for the purpose of computing overtime:
Computing Overtime. The nearest one-quarter (1/4) hour shall be used in computing overtime.
Computing Overtime. All paid status time will be considered as time worked for the computing of overtime.
Computing Overtime. For the purpose of computing overtime, approved paid hours of absence because of PTO, holidays, or funeral leave shall be considered hours worked.
Computing Overtime. For the sole purpose of computing overtime, a holiday named in this Article, which is not worked, will be counted as a day worked except where an employee agrees to work and is scheduled to report for work on the holiday and fails to do so.
