Overview of Agreement. Globalstar agrees to grant to Participant Awards of Restricted Stock Bonus Awards under Section 4.1. In the event of a disaster, the Kyoto prefectural government may request free loan of the EVs and charging devices from the participating companies (1) if it feels these are necessary to carry out emergency response and recovery, and (2) if it receives a request for the EVs and charging devices from municipalities in the prefecture. - Upon receiving a request, the cooperating companies will send the EVs and/or charging devices in their possession to the location of delivery, where they will hand them over free of charge to the prefectural or municipal governments. (Because equipment is loaned on the condition that it is for use in the initial stages, the period of free loan is set at one week.)

In order for the Village to do so, the Village requires certain idle and surplus real property and personal property from the District.
