Owner Operators Probation Period. All Owner Operators newly contracted shall be considered as probationary for the first ninety (90) calendar days. There shall be no responsibility on the part of the Company in respect of the contract of probationary Owner Operators should their contract be temporarily cancelled for lack of work or discharged during the probationary period. However, the Company shall inform the probationary Owner Operator in writing as to whether has been discharged or contract has been cancelled with such reasons in writing.
