OWNERSHIP AND INSPECTION. (a) The Property shall at all times be the property of Lessor or its assigns, and Lessee shall have no right, title or interest therein except as to the use thereof subject to the terms and conditions of the Lease. For purposes of the foregoing, Lessee transfers to Lessor all of Lessee's right, title and interest (including all ownership interest) in and to the Property free and clear of all liens, security interests and encumbrances. Lessor may affix (or require Lessee to affix) tags, decals or plates to the Property indicating Lessor's ownership, and Lessee shall not permit their removal or concealment. Lessee shall not permit the name of any person or entity other than Lessor or its assigns to be placed on the Property as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership or security interest.

OWNERSHIP AND INSPECTION. This is an agreement for leasing only. Leasing Entity will acquire no right, title or interest in or to the Leased Equipment, except those of a Lessee, as detailed in this MLA. Lessor covenants that it has good title to the Leased Equipment. Title of the Leased Equipment at all times shall remain in the Lessor's name. Leasing Entity shall keep the Leased Equipment free from any and all liens or claims and shall do or permit no act or thing whereby Lessor's title may be encumbered or impaired.
OWNERSHIP AND INSPECTION. Company shall retain all title to and rights in the Consignment Inventory until Products are removed from the Consignment Inventory and Accepted and used by the Facility. Each Facility agrees to give Company’s representative reasonable access, subject to Section 7 herein, upon advance notice and during normal business hours, to its Consignment Inventory to verify the quantity and condition of the Consignment Inventory. Company representatives may not enter the location of the Consignment Inventory without the Facility’s permission. Company representatives while on site at a Facility or any of its facilities must comply with the System’s and Facility’s policies and procedures, as required per Section 7 herein. Company and the Facility will jointly count and reconcile Consignment Inventory on a quarterly basis. Representatives for Company and the Facility will each acknowledge the results of the Consignment Inventory count. Company will submit a detailed report of this inventory reconciliation to System and the Facility within one week after the inventory count has been conducted. Failure by Company to conduct any quarterly physical inventory with Facility during the term of this Agreement shall relieve the System and Facility of any obligation to make payment for any quantity variances from the initial Consignment Inventory for the duration of this Agreement and subsequent expiration. Excess Consignment Inventory will result in a credit being issued by Company to the Facility within thirty (30) days of the inventory. A Facility will issue a PO to Company for identified inventory shortages.
OWNERSHIP AND INSPECTION. (a)Lessee shall have no interest in the Equipment other than the rights acquired as a lessee hereunder. The Equipment is and shall always remain separate identifiable personalty. Lessee shall not permit any item of Equipment to be installed in, or used, stored or maintained with, any real property in such a manner or under such circumstances that any person might acquire any rights in such item of Equipment paramount to the rights of Lessor by reason of such item of Equipment being deemed to be real property or a fixture thereon. Lessee shall, promptly upon request of Lessor, obtain a written acknowledgement from the owner and/or mortgagee(s) of the real property at which such item of Equipment is located that such owner and/or mortgagee(s) will not at any time assert any interest in such item of Equipment or that such item of Equipment constitutes part of such real property. Lessee shall, at Lessor's request, affix to the Equipment in a prominent place or places, tags, decals or plates furnished by Lessor, indicating Lessor's ownership and Lessee shall not permit their removal or concealment.
OWNERSHIP AND INSPECTION. As between the Partnership and Sunoco, all the Partnership's funds, or portfolio securities, and all books and records of account, checkbooks, bank and brokerage statements, accounting, financial and other records, financial statements, reports, and other documents maintained, received, or prepared for the Partnership pursuant to this Agreement at all times shall constitute the sole and exclusive property of the Partnership and shall not be subject to any lien, emcumbrance, or security interest of Sunoco. While in the possession or custody, or under the control, of Sunoco, all of the foregoing at all times shall be available to the Partnership, and its officers, attorneys, accountants, and other representatives, for inspection, copying, or other purposes and, if so requested by the Partnership, promptly shall be delivered to the Partnership, temporarily or permanently.

(a) This is a contract of lease only and Lessee shall have no equity or property interest in the Equipment other than the rights acquired as a Lessee hereunder and the Equipment shall remain personal property regardless of the manner in which it may be installed or attached. Lessee shall not, without Lessor's prior written consent, install or use the Equipment in such a manner or in such circumstances that any part of the Equipment is deemed to be an accession to other personal property. The Lessee shall, at Lessor's request, affix to the Equipment tags, decals or plates furnished by Lessor indicating Lessor's ownership and Lessee shall not permit the removal or concealment thereof.
OWNERSHIP AND INSPECTION. UIHC recognizes that consignment inventory is the property of the vendor until it is opened, used, lost, or damaged, at which time the products become the property of UIHC. Vendor retains the right to conduct verbal, written, or physical inventory cycle counts. UIHC is responsible for assuring that product which is beyond its stated expiration date is not used in patients and is promptly returned to Vendor. With reasonable notice, UIHC agrees to give Vendor representative(s) escorted access to its inventory to conduct such inspections of consignment inventory levels, and to verify the quantity and condition of the consignment inventory.
OWNERSHIP AND INSPECTION. The Equipment shall at all times remain the property of hellospoke and remain personal property notwithstanding the manner in which it may be attached or affixed to realty, and Lessee acknowledges and agrees that it does not and shall not obtain any title to the Equipment by virtue of the execution of this Equipment Lease or by payment or performance hereunder. At hellospoke’s request, Lessee will affix tags, decals, or plates to the Equipment showing hellospoke’s ownership. hellospoke or its agent shall have free access to the Equipment upon prior notice and during normal business hours for the purpose of inspection and for any other purpose contemplated in this Equipment Lease. Lessee shall immediately notify hellospoke concerning any claim of damage or loss arising out of the use, manufacture, functioning or operation of the Equipment. Lessee shall keep the Equipment free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and claims of any kind and nature.
