Ownership and Responsibility. First Solar will endeavor to remove the Modules from the Registered Site promptly after the Modules have been disassembled and packaged for transportation in accordance with First Solar’s instructions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, effective upon First Solar’s removal of the Modules from the Registered Site, (a) ownership of the Modules will transfer to First Solar, automatically and without the need for any further assignment, bxxx of sale or other instrument or action, and (b) Owner will have no further liability or obligation with regard to the Modules.
Ownership and Responsibility. The Owner of the Facility shall design, construct, install, own, operate, and maintain the Facility and all equipment on the Owner’s side of the point of delivery/receipt that is required to generate and deliver energy to LES except for any special facilities as may be designated. The Facility’s protection, control, safety, and all associated equipment must meet standards of good engineering and electrical safety practices as determined solely by LES and be capable of parallel operation with LES service wires. The protection, control, safety, and other associated equipment shall at all reasonable times be accessible to authorized LES personnel.
Ownership and Responsibility. 8.1 TEMIC acknowledges and agrees that SMI shall own all rights, including, without limitation, all patent rights, copyrights, trade secret rights, and mask work and similar rights, in and to the wafers and other products produced by TEMIC for SMI hereunder, and in the know-how disclosed by SMI to TEMIC hereunder. TEMIC shall own all rights in and to the production process and all know-how independently developed by TEMIC and used in the manufacturing of the wafers. SMI and TEMIC acknowledge that TEMIC is acting only as a foundry.
Ownership and Responsibility a. SPECTRIAN and SMI acknowledge that each party will own its pre-existing technology, and any technology solely created by it. SPECTRIAN will own any and all intellectual property developed solely by SPECTRIAN related to semiconductor manufacturing, the die, packaging or internal matching of devices covered by this agreement. Except as set forth above, all know-how and inventions relating to the design of devices, device assembly, or internal matching of devices jointly invented by the parties in the course of product development efforts will be jointly owned and each party shall retain the right to use and license such technology.

Ownership and Responsibility. Emmaus Catholic Primary School will purchase the Equipment and the families will bear the responsibility for the care, maintenance and correct usage of the machine .
Ownership and Responsibility. 3.1. Ownership of any consignment of Goods shall not pass to the Customer until the Supplier has received payment in full of all sums due to it.
3.2. Despite clause 3.1, the Supplier may bring an action against the Customer for the price of the Goods if the Customer fails to pay for them in full by the due date, even though property in the Goods has not passed to the Customer.
3.3. The responsibility for loss or damage to any consignment of the Goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery.
Ownership and Responsibility. I. The Artist retains full ownership and copyright of their Artwork at all times.
II. Urban Co-Works shall take reasonable care to ensure the safety and security of the Artwork while it is on display.
III. Urban Co-Works shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the Artwork.
Ownership and Responsibility. Sanofi, its Affiliates, sublicensees or, if required by Applicable Laws in the Sanofi Territory, their distributors or agents, shall be the legal and beneficial owner of all Sanofi Territory Approvals, and Regulatory Materials relating to the Sanofi Territory Approvals shall be filed by, and in the name of, Sanofi, its Affiliates or sublicensees or if required by Applicable Laws in the Sanofi Territory, their distributors or agents. If Applicable Laws of any country in the Sanofi Territory require that, in such country, Regulatory Approvals be held by the Regulatory Approval holder of a specific country in the Vivus Territory (a “Vivus Territory Regulatory Approval Holder”), Vivus shall or, if Vivus is not the Vivus Territory Regulatory Approval Holder, shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to cause any such Vivus Territory Regulatory Approval Holder to: (i) execute all instruments that shall be deemed necessary by Regulatory Authorities of such country in the Sanofi Territory in this respect and/or (ii) execute any agreement with Sanofi or its Affiliates for the purpose of transferring to Sanofi or its Affiliates certain responsibilities that the Vivus Territory Regulatory Approval Holder may incur by holding the Regulatory Approval in such country of the Sanofi Territory, all at Sanofi’s expense. For clarity, as used in the preceding sentence, “Commercially Reasonable Efforts” shall not require that Vivus incur any out-of-pocket costs or otherwise amend its agreement with the applicable Vivus Territory Regulatory Approval Holder in any manner that adversely impacts Vivus to a material degree.

Emmaus Catholic Primary School will purchase the Equipment and both the student and families will bear the responsibility for the care, maintenance and correct usage of the device. As stated in Section 4 (Exclusive Use), the device will remain the property of Emmaus Catholic Primary School.
