Common use of Paid Bargaining Time Clause in Contracts

Paid Bargaining Time. The Employer shall make whole and cover the lost wages and benefit costs for fifty percent (50%) of the cost of three (3) Bargaining Committee members for the time spent in collective bargaining meetings including mediation. These employees shall suffer no loss of seniority or any other benefit for their participation in collective bargaining.
