Common use of Paid Family Leave Clause in Contracts

Paid Family Leave. If an employee is eligible to use 12 paid FMLA days for the birth of a child pursuant to Article 5.1.G.ii, the employee is entitled to the 12 paid days of FMLA Leave even if the period of incapacity related to the birth does not extend into the school year and/or the employee is to take the rest of the year off.
