Disability Case Management. The Port of Seattle will provide all employees with reasonable accommodation and return-to-work assistance as determined on a case-by- case basis. Appropriate Port of Seattle personnel will work with the employee to comply with any and all legal requirements and insurance policies. Such legal requirements and insurance policies may include the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Family Care Act (FCA), workers compensation and long term disability insurance.
